By placing an order for custom screen-printed products with Texas Custom Teez, you acknowledge and agree that these items are specifically made to your unique specifications. Consequently, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom orders unless expressly provided for herein. This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all orders without exception.

What if I received defective product?

In the event of a verifiable printing error or material defect that results directly from our manufacturing process, we will, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement of the defective item(s) or provide a partial or full refund of the purchase price. Please note that the error or defect must be demonstrable and directly attributable to the production process. Minor variations in color, alignment, or placement are to be expected due to the custom nature of the screen-printing process and do not constitute errors that qualify for a return or refund.
